Welcome to Think Cute® Bakes, our cottage bakery located in Lakeside, California, serving families throughout San Diego County with slow-fermented sourdough bread and small-batch baked goods made with organic ingredients.

What began as a simple desire to make healthier bread for my own family has grown into something truly special. After discovering how highly processed store-bought bread had become, I started baking fresh bread at home and quickly fell in love with the beauty of traditional sourdough baking. Now I’m honored to share these nourishing baked goods with our local community.

Every item in the Think Cute® Bakes Collection is intentionally prepared in small batches using high-quality ingredients and a traditional 48-hour fermentation process that supports better flavor, nutrition, and digestion. This slow method allows the natural fermentation to break down gluten and unlock nutrients that are often lost in conventional bread.

Our bakery focuses on creating foods that feel both comforting and nourishing — the kind of bread and baked goods that bring families back to the table.

From our signature sourdough loaves and English muffins to cookies, scones, and cinnamon rolls, each item is baked fresh with care and a whole lot of love. Our goal is simple: to serve families in Lakeside, El Cajon, Santee, Alpine, and the greater San Diego area with baked goods that are wholesome, intentional, and truly homemade.
